How do I fill in form 751-SD for a gite in France?

Please advise how I fill in section 3 on form 751-SD for a gite business in France:

1. Adresse du local. This has my address already entered.
2. Situation des locaux (batiment, étage). Do I put batiment for the gite or something else?
3. Numéro de lot dans la copropriété. I assume I leave this blank
4. Précédent occupant. I assume I leave this blank
5. Superficie totale des locaux en m2. Do I put the size of the gîte here?
6. Détail (en m2) de l’affectation de la superficie à usage. Do I repeat the size of the gîte here and, if so, under which category does it go, professionnel or d’habitation?
7. Détail (en m2) de l’utilisation des surfaces à usage professionnel en: Magasin, Entrepot, Bureaux, Autres à préciser. What do I put here?
8. Vous exercez votre activité à votre domicile et vous n’avez pas d’autre local a votre disposition. Do I tick this because the gîte is at the same place where I live or not (because it is a separate building)?
9. Vous etes member d’une SCM? What is an société civile de moyens (SCM)?

Is the cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE) rate published anywhere so that I can find out how much it is likely to be and set aside the money for this?
