How do I choose to pay social charges online or by paper?

I have just signed up to the auto-entrepreneur scheme and am watching the video on how to declare my first charges/taxes. One of the first things you mention is whether to pay by paper or online, where do I chose how to pay? Do they automatically send me the paper? Or when I sign up to pay online does it register that I will always pay online?
