How do I change my business activity from primary to secondary?

I recently was hired full-time on a contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) by a business in France and would like to change my MicroBNC business to a secondary activity. How do I do this? Now that I have the CDI, can I change to auto-entrepreneur status by deregistering and then re-registering or do I have to stay as a MicroBNC?
