Have I made a mistake registering with Net Enterprises?

I previously posted a question regarding a possible mistake in registering my business with net enterprises.

I have looked again on net enterprises and there is no quarterly declaration form yet when I get to the acede aux declarations. However, I checked in the Votre Menu Personalisee section and under the Resilier votre inscription tab under Declarations it says DSN Regime General.

I just wanted to check if this is correct or if I need to change it?
Is this why I may not have the quarterly form on my account?
