French translations on UK invoices and website necessary?

I am English, have an auto-entrepreneur business, permanently resident in France and I operate a holiday rental in France. Could you clarify the following for me please:

  1. All guests to my gite so far have been from the UK. When I invoice them (and also any future guests from other native english speaking countries) does the invoice wording need to be in French with English translation or can it just be written in English?
  2. Do my invoices need to be created in an invoicing software package or is it acceptable to create them in Microsoft Word and keep a log of invoice numbers in Excel?
  3. On a .com (rather than a .fr) website for a French rental property, do rental terms and conditions need to be written in French as well as English? If they are required in French is a translation button on the page acceptable?
