First micro entrepreneur turnover declaration?

I set up my Micro Entrepreneur on Oct 1st, I have received my first Declaration Trimestrielle de Chiffres des Affaires. On it they say that I will have to pay the first declaration at the end of the Trimestre following the date of the registration. And on the front it says my last payment date is the 30th April 2018.

I am now so confused because I thought I was meant to pay at the end of January. Can you explain - am I supposed to declare two trimestres in the first declaration?
