First declaration trimestrielle turnover dates?

I’ve just received my first Declaration Trimestrielle de Recettes. The date limite de reception is 30/04/15. Is this declaration is for my turnover from October to December 2014, or from October 2014 to March 2015 (or 30/04/2015)? I registered as an auto-entrepreneur on 1 October 2014.
