Employment options for a part time training/teaching work

I am English and live in France. I have never worked for a French organisation before. I have been offered part time, short term English teaching/training work for a language college on a vacataire basis for 22€/h of teaching.

I have also been offered similar work for a second organisation on either a CDD or Independent basis as follows: CDD (11.44€/h brut + 30% de prépa) ou en IND (25€/h brut sans prépa).

I am hoping to continue with part time teaching work in the future, which may be for one or for several different organisations. What are the implications of the above options? and which is the best option for me? or should I be considering auto-entrepreneur?
