Does liability Loi Macron apply to my new business?

In one of your articles you talk about the liability of an auto-entrepreneur. Specifically, if you set up after 8 August 2015 your home is protected by Loi Macron in France. As I have re-started an auto-entrepreneur business here in France after a one year break, am I classed as a new business and therefore protected by this act?
