Documents asked by Amazon to set up as a seller?

I am in the process to register as seller on Amazon EU with my French auto-entrepreneur company. I am in stage where they are asking me to submit following documents but I am confused over some details.

  1. Document: Company registration proof, e.g. registration extract of Signe Soonberg. The issue date of the document should not be older than 90 days. I believe this is my auto-entrepreneur certificat d’inscription issued by the Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques (INSEE) but the date on it August 27 2014. How I can get this document issued no earlier than 90 days?
  2. Document: Statutes (by-laws/articles of association) of Signe Soonberg. Submitted Statues should contain Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association and Statement of Capital/Annual Return/Share allotment document. Where I could get such a document?
