Do we need professional liability insurance in France?

This is a follow-up on our questions around my wife starting her practise in France as a facial reflexology therapist as an auto-entrepreneur. We are planning on using your service to get registered as an auto-entrepreneur etc.

  1. Will she need professional liability insurance in France in order to practise (we understand that this may be the case)?
  2. Can you recommend a French company/broker/contact to get this?
  3. Will we need to do the auto-entrepreneur before applying for the professional liability insurance?
