Do I have to pay CFE tax?

Would you be able to confirm when I will pay the CFE tax? I only registered as an auto entrepreneur from 1 June 2014 and so far have had a turnover of about 18,000 euros to the end of this year, 2014. Am I correct in thinking that I will not be liable for the CFE tax until the end of my first year, i.e 31 May 2015? If this is the case, roughly when would I expect to receive a bill and for approximately how much would it be?

Also, I have had my first declaration form from RSI and am about to submit it - they seem to have given me until 2/2/2015 to make the declaration and pay - does this sound correct to you? Why have they given me so much time to pay and I assume that I can just pay it now?
