I’ve moved apartments and need to fill in this form to change my address. I’ve filled everything in except sections 13 - 16 as I don’t know what to put. Can you help? If it helps, my Activité Principale Exercée (APE) is: 8559B Autres Enseignments.

I am an English teacher in France, working online (Skype) 99% of the time, with private students and students from an online teaching platform I work on as a kind of freelancer.
