Confusion surrounding domiciliation?

I’ve seen you post relating to the change of law pertaining to auto-entrepreneur’s using domiciliation. I was wondering if you could point me to any official text on this law? There seems to be some confusion as to whether auto-entrepreneur’s can use domiciliation or not. Perhaps it’s a case of waiting for organisations to catch up with the change in law. As I understand it, all auto-entrepreneur’s can now use Domiciliation services. However, only those involved in Commerce need to register with RCS and only those that are Artisans etc., need to register with the registre des metiers.

So that leaves profession liberale, which I currently am, and I have been told by the local chambre de commerce that I can use domiciliation, without any need to register with anyone other than the CFE and URSSAF, with which I am already registered as an auto-entrepreneur. Does this concur with you understanding of the new law?
