Coach individuals and companies - which regime is best?
I am a career and executive coach. Since my return to Paris a few months ago, my accountant advised me to stay on Micro-Benefice Non-Commerciale basis as I did not need securite sociale. That meant that I did not issue any formal invoices to my individual clients. I now have a corporate client, a small firm, and have to issue a formal invoice. They asked me for a Siret number which I didn’t have. The company above wrote up a contract declaring me a consultant on a monthly renewable contract with a limited fee for management consultancy services.
I now need to register / declare myself as an auto-entrepreneur or Profession Liberale. Which regime do I choose, so that I can deliver coaching services both to individuals and to companies, and pay as low social charges as possible? I am covered by securite sociale under my husband’s name. I believe my income this year will be around or less than 32,000 euros.
