Close SARL business or cease activity - due to sell doit du bail?

I am in process of closing my société à responsabilité limitée (SARL) business in France. I have two droit du bail contracts for two offices. I am going to close my business for economic reasons. I have been advised that until I have received the funds from the sale of my droit du bail, approximately approx value 70,000 euros, I should simply cease my activity and make my business dormant until I have reconciled all my income from selling my droit du bail. Then at this stage technically close my business.

Is the above the normal and the legally correct process?
