Charge for expenses using portage salarial in France?

I am looking at using the portage salarial as previously discussed here. On the calculator you linked to step 2 which discusses operating costs not charged to the customer (TTC) but deducted from net sales.

I am wondering what you can charge for under this category as it makes quite a large difference. For example cell phone bill, internet, electricity, part of mortgage if you work from home etc., can that all be written off? Is there a list anywhere? I have also read that expenses can’t be greater than 15% for portage salarial.
