Carpenter changing from auto-entrepreneur to SARL?

We now have our first full 12 months trading figures and would like to see if it would be better to change from auto-entrepreneur to another regime (I am a carpenter). I have tried this link but can not seem to make sense of it. Is there anywhere else we can look to check out the different possibilities please, now we have actual figures?
