Can I change my business in France to micro-entrepreneur?

As a entreprise individuelle aux regime réel business in France (with URSAFF as liberale), I want to go back to the regime simplifié of micro-entrepreneur. Revenue in 2015 was approximately 28,000 euros, so under the earnings limit for micro-entrepreneur.

How to go about it?
What are the deadlines?
