Can I add a secondary profession to my auto-entrepeneur buisiness? If so, what are the implications?

I am looking to add either general gardening, cutting grass, watering plants, or bike guiding to my auto-entrepreneur business here in France. However, the work will be carried out in Holland. Is this OK and what qualifications do I need to align with, the Dutch or the French qualifications?
