Can an entreprise individuelle operate with only one client?

I asked in a previous post if an entreprise individuelle can operate with only one client. The true picture of my intended activity would be one main client (not in France) whom I would work for on a regular basis, not receive holiday pay nor sick pay, using all my own equipment. However, I would occasionally work at their office for short periods of time. The income from this client potentially could go over the €32,600 threshold.

I would have a couple of other tiny clients here in France - invoicing them once or twice a year. I am continually looking for other clients. Is salarial portage really the only option for me? Or would there be any other option to operate like this?
