Can an auto-entrepreneur claim TVA on imported goods?

I am an auto-entrepreneur and intend importing stock from within the UK and obviously this will incur costs with regard to TVA. I have read somewhere that it is possible to apply for an emergency tax refund, i.e applying for one off payment for an invoice where you have paid tax. Is this possible to do please and if so how I can proceed, does anyone know?
