Can a SARL employ people using TESE?

Our SARL has started well and medium term we’re looking at a requirement for some part time casual labour. We cannot predict how many hours and over what timescale but it is likely to be seasonal and almost impossible to forecast. We do not want to take on contracted employees but we have heard that the TESE scheme may be a route in which we can employ people legally/pay the social charges but without the heavy commitment of a contracted employee? Can you help us with the main details, pro’s and cons of this scheme so we can decide if its worth investigating further?
