Can a chambre d’hôte and gite operate through an SCI?

My wife and I are the gérants of the société civile immobilière (SCI) which owns our main house in France. We want to start a chambre d’hôte business and for 4 to 6 weeks of the year rent out the whole house as a gite. Both activities will not form more than 50% of household income. Can we operate these activities through the SCI?
