I would like some advice on the most appropriate business structure in France for a small cafe specialising in hot beverages and snacks. I would like to set this up as a business with an associate, not related to me. I wish for this business to be separate to my personal assets. The turnover would be less than 5,000 euros per month. Could you please advise what the most appropriate and simplest structure might be here in France as well as specific taxes to take into account for preparing the business plan?
