Business account for auto entrepreneur?

I am working as an auto entrepreneur and have decided to rent an office to try to expand my business. Sometimes it may be necessary to pay for the office with money from my UK funds which I would put into my bank account linked to my auto-entrepreneur business. Could this be a problem - do the tax people audit bank accounts and would they query and expect me to include this money as auto entrepreneur income?
