Best setup for an IT contractor working solely for a UK based company?

I am thinking of moving to France. Currently I am the director and sole employee of a UK based company that will be working almost exclusively for one UK based client. I will be based in France and a resident for tax purposes. My turnover will exceed the limits of a micro-entrepreneur business.

What are my business options and what are the pros and cons of each of them?
