Best legal structure for a business with low costs and high revenue?

By the end of 2013 I may be in a situation where I need to change my business structure in France from auto-entrepreneur to something with a higher revenue threshold. I offer English sales support services and may make over 35,000 euro by the end of 2013. I have very little costs associated with my business thus my profit margin is high. Any advice on which business structure I should look in to more would be greatly appreciated.
