Auto-entrepreneur healthcare options when registering a business?

I’m trying to setup up a marketing services auto-entrepreneur business in France using the online registration form, but when I get up to the part that asks about health coverage - my provider isn’t listed as one of the options to select from. There are only four mentioned on the online form. I have been told by my health provider that I must select Securite Sociale but that option is not there.

What is my best option in filling out the form?
Is there an answer to this question or will I need to go to an office and get help?
