Auto-entrepreneur and number of clients?

I have set up an Auto-entrepreneur in 2014 and for the moment I have only one client. I have read that one should have multiple clients. Also, as I have reached the limit for the auto-entrepreneur, what is the best form to continue? It might be possible that I keep only one client this year.
