Artisan or professional for aircraft airworthiness inspector?

I am of UK origin and have now settled in France and want to set up a business. I have recently been asked to use my experience and professional qualifications (Aircraft Maintenance Licences/Certificates) to assist local airport aircraft maintenance companies in aircraft inspections and the issue of airworthiness certifications.

Would I be considered as an Artisan or Professional? I do not physically fabricate/repair any aircraft or parts thereof - I only review/inspect and issue certification of documentation only? What could be my job title for purpose of the auto-entrepreneur company in France - Aircraft Airworthiness Inspector?
