Am I obliged to subscribe to mutuelle services?

I am registered as an auto-entrepreneur and have my carte vitale and coverage under the health insurance of my spouse from her employers. I had selected a mutuelle at the time of registering as an auto-entrepreneur on the urssaf website. Am I obliged to subscribe to their services? I haven’t been requested to pay any amount yet, but would this be the case if and when I do subscribe?
