How to close a SARL or EURL down

Limited companies such as EURL or SARL have to abide to specific legal framework or rules for their registration as well as when they close down. In this article I have summarised the steps that will need to be taken in order to close down a SARl or EURL French limited company. I would strongly recommend you to ask your accountant to handle the EURL or SARL closure for you. This should cost between 1500€ and 1800€.

The legal structure of your company will impact on your liability and taxation.
