About the helpline

The helpline if for when you need to get answers fast, talk through your options in-depth and understand what your next steps should be. Whatever your reason, please book a call if you would like one to one help. It's also the right option if you want to keep your questions strictly private.

How the helpline works

Prior to the call you email me a summary of your situation and the points you want to discuss. Then when we meet on the phone or Skype, we discussion each point, I answer your questions and cover any other issues that come arrise. A few examples:

  • Which structure is most suitable for your business, Entreprise individuelle, auto-entrepreneur, EURL, SARL and why.
  • Walk you through the Auto-entrepreneur registration forms and explaining the implications of your choices.
  • Are you entitled to some financial help, business loan guarantees or social charges exonerations etc.
  • Is your activity regulated, which business structure is most suitable, etc.
  • How to get your business started, what should you be looking for, feedback on your project.

Availability

As a working mum of 3 tots I’m limited on time, however I’m available for calls most evenings. I’ll send you my availability after you have contacted me and we can setup a time to talk.

The cost

An hour’s call costs 65€.

Not included

I’m sure you’ll understand I have to set limits and expectations, so not included are; writing reports of any kind, making telephone calls on your behalf or follow-up emails. Many people follow up a call by later joining the forum to get personalised answers and advice to their questions.
