Will I receive a new carte vitale once registered as an autoentrepreneur?

I have recently registered as an auto entrepreneur. Prior to this I was covered for healthcare under an S1 from the UK. I already have a carte vitale. Will this carte vitale still be valid, do I need to update it, or is there someone else I need to contact?
