Why won’t the CFE form print?

I tired lots of times to complete the CFE form on-line, but because of the bug which stops you filling in details of dependants not born in France, I followed the print form route so I could attach your letter - but the form simply does not print. I also constantly while filling in sections of the form get a window apearing asking me to save the form and then it has to recharge.
