Who do I chase to get my business carte vitale in France?

I registered as a micro-entrepreneur business here in France in early January and have received information from institut national de la statistique et des études économiques (INSEE) and régime social des indépendants (RSI) but nothing relating to a Carte Vitale. Am I being too impatient or should I be chasing someone for an attestation de couverture santé? If so, who should I chase, RSI or Harmonie Mutuelle?
