Where to go to register online as an auto-entrepreneur to resell items in markets?

I am a bit confused by the number of online sites mentioned for business registration in France. I tried to do an online registration with Le Centre de Formalites des Entreprises de l’URSSAF regionale d’AQUITAINE and received a rejection stating I need to do the online registration with guichet-entreprises.fr.

Is there a guide that explains the questions asked on the guichet site?
