Where can I download the declaration de revenus 2042 for 2016?

I have been asked for my income from URSSAF for the first quarter of 2016 - so January to March - and it tells me to download the declaration complementaire de revenus 2042 (professions non salaries) from the impots.gouv.fr website. When I search on for that form using google or via here. I get directed here and the only options I have are to select from 2014 or 2015.
