When I am likely to get the impot sur le revenu form?

I previously asked what I am to do with the attestation fiscale 2011 form and you kindly pointed me in the direction of your blog post explaining that I’d need this form to complete my Impot sur le revenu form. As this is the first time I’ve had to deal with any of this paperwork can you tell me when I am likely to get the impot sur le revenu form? Also, can you have 2 people registered auto-entrepreneur in the same household. With both under the same category?
