What type of business to set up in France after auto-entrepreneur?

There is a chance I will have steady work for a client that will add up to a total payment of 33,000 euros over the course of the year starting in September 2015. This would be in addition to other freelance writing and research, so I wonder if I should wait to see whether or not I get the 33,000 euros assignment before registering as an auto-entrepreneur. If I do get it, I will be over the auto-entrepreneur turnover limit, so what is the best small business setup in France for me?
