What type of business should I register in France to sell on markets?

I design and print tee-shirts, cushion covers, aprons, tea-towels, baby-grows in my garage, and want to sell them in a couple of local weekly markets.

  1. How must I define myself to register this business in France? Am I correct in thinking that I must register as a micro-enterprise commercant?
  2. Is the designing, printing and selling seen as one complete activity, or are the all separate and require registering as three activities?
  3. As hobbies I also make candles and grow plants like passiflora which I could also put on my stall - does this completely complicate things?
  4. Also I am below English state retirement age by less than one year (December 2016) but have a small private pension of £73 per month - must I still pay French social charges up to December 2016 and perhaps after that date if I continue to have my business?
  5. Are the forms I need available on your site, and if not where may I find them please?
