What type of business did I register in France?

I am unsure whether I have been granted an auto-entrepreneur business in France or an entreprise individuelle under reel simplifie or a French limited company. I cannot read the paperwork I received.

I thought I applied for an auto-entrepreneur. However I received a letter from INSEE entitled certificat d’insciption au Repertoire des Enteprises et des Etabissements. It states that I have an evenement of creation d’une enterprise transmise par URSSAF le de France. It states a siren/siret number.

Can you please shed light on which type of business I have?
