What setup for fishing and camping business in France?

We have taken over a small fishing lake in france for exclusive use for up to four anglers who will stay in the tents at the lakeside. Aside from that, there is a one bedroomed gite they use for bathroom facilities. We also provide them with meals should they wish. What do we register our business as in France?
