What legal terms should go on a business invoice in France?

I’m in the construction business. When a job is carried out for a client whether the job is small or large and you are providing materials and your labour time can you tell me the French legal terms that I can add to my invoice? I generally get a client to sign that they have accepted my devis if it is a reasonable sized job. Having said that I have no legal French terms on the devis either.
