What is the best legal structure for my French business?

I am in trying to find out what is the best legal structure to set my business with in France. I am in the profession libérale, married to someone earning a six figure salary and we would like to file tax jointly. I am still not entirely sure how much my business earnings will be in the first five years but for the first year I am guessing between 10,000 euros and 15,000 euros.
In my first year I am highly likely to make a loss because of running expenses. Therefore, I would like to have a business structure here in France that allows me to claim business expenses. Is this something you’d be able to help me with?
