What is the best business structure for a consultant?

I’m very confused about what kind of business structure I should have. I though the autoentrepreneur program would be perfect, but after reading about the details and doing my best to compare my total end-of-year tax / social payments against other business structures… I wonder if maybe it is not the best solution.
I am hoping that by listing the details of my business and family situation, someone who is more knowledgable then me can recommend what is the best solution for my needs. Or perhaps you can recommend someone who provides paid advice that I can contact for help?
What I would like, is the business structure that is lowest cost lowest social / tax / fees and easiest to maintain lowest paperwork requirements.
