What is nature de revenus on form 2042 C?

I am trying to fill in my 2042 C form and it is asking the nature des revenus, the options to tick are:

I don’t understand what they stand for? It is also asking for date en cas de cession which I have translated as date of termination, but not sure what that means? It looks like I only have to fill in three boxes but for a large form it doesn’t seem like a lot to fill in, does that seem normal?
