What happens when transferring off S1?

My wife is thinking of registering as auto-entrepreneur to sell Jewellery. At present she is covered via an S1 for the next 2 years and has an attestation (awaiting Carte Vitale) and her own SS number. What will happen when she registers as an auto-entrepreneur? I assume she will transfer over from CPAM? She subscribes to a mutuelle for a topup, will this also change?
