What expenses can I claim with micro entrepreneur

I used to have an enterprise individuelle but have this year changed to a micro entrepreneur, as the IE i could claim most things ie diesel, van and car insurance and all materials, tools etc.
I assume as a micro entrepreneur I will not be able to claim any of these things? I have a French accountant and he is not being very clear.
